Cancellation Policy

BOOKING DEPOSIT: A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until your booking deposit has been received. RESCHEDULLING & CANCELLATIONS: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide AT LEAST 72 HOURS' NOTICE. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit and a new 30% BOOKING DEPOSIT will be required to secure another appointment. If less than 72 HOURS' NOTICE is given, your BOOKING DEPOSIT will be forfeited and AN ADDITIONAL 30% CANCELLATION FEE will apply. No future appointments will be booked until all outstanding fees have been paid. LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive ON TIME to your booked appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 MINUTES LATE may need to have their appointment cancelled and their deposit will be forfeited. NO SHOWS: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the remaining appointment balance becoming payable before any future appointments can be booked. PREVIOUS SPMU: If you have had PREVIOUS SPMU in the treatment area, you must inform Contoured by Chloe before booking. A consultation may be required, as not all previous permanent makeup is suitable for correction or cover-up. By booking an appointment with Contoured by Chloe, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above booking policy.
